鋼球磨斑的測(cè)量是利用我司專門研制的磨斑測(cè)量系統(tǒng)來完成的，測(cè)量精度為0.01mm，通過底部安裝臺(tái)的特殊設(shè)計(jì)，能在不取出鋼球的情況下，對(duì)油盒中三個(gè)鋼球的磨斑進(jìn)行測(cè)量、測(cè)量時(shí)先將油盒放置在顯微鏡座上，使鋼球?qū)?zhǔn)顯微鏡的物鏡，再轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)焦手輪，求得清晰的磨斑。旋轉(zhuǎn)油盒，用同樣的方案依次測(cè)量出另外兩鋼球的平均磨斑直徑。三鋼球平均磨斑直徑的算術(shù)平均值即為本次實(shí)驗(yàn)的平均磨斑直徑。

一般情況下，對(duì)于同一磨斑，在PB點(diǎn)之前，磨斑讀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)，橫向大于或等于縱向，在PB點(diǎn)之后，磨斑讀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)，縱向大于或等于橫向，均屬正常。
